Neither sea salt nor caramel have been the same since they were first introduced to each other in a long-forgotten test kitchen. Then again, neither have we. These beans are a living tribute to the brave chef who decided to marry savory and sweet, coarse and smooth. This blend combines our medium roast with this wonderful flavor synthesis.

For best results, we recommend two tablespoons of ground coffee for every six ounces of fresh, cold water. Adjust to suit your personal taste.
